Times ICar Town

Located on Haiba Road near the border between Guangzhou and Foshan, Times ICar Town was developed based on South China Automobile Mall. It attracted and integrated automobile industry resources and created an advanced industrial concept through the innovative application of the integrated "state-owned + collective" and "transfer + lease" development. In this way, it has built a new flagship in the automobile industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. This project covers a land area of about 416,667 square meters and a gross floor area of 750,000 square meters.

The project aims to become an integrated cultural experience place for the exhibition, marketing, tourism and competition of automobiles, an automobile industry community featuring highly integrated development of industry and city. To this end, this project will build a new multi-dimensional mall of new and used automobiles in the first phase. By changing the traditional model with new scenarios, it will establish a "one-stop automobile-purchasing experience" center that plays a leading role in the industry to provide consumers with abundant automobile-purchasing experience. For the second phase, it will attach importance to the automobile movement culture, introduce luxury automobile brands and supporting industries related to the automobile culture, and establish a benchmark of the transformation of automobile industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

In Times ICar Town, there is a 1.5-kilometer extended space of the main road of the city. After transformation, it will significantly change the urban appearance for better and give a multifaceted picture of a new automobile industry The 1.8-kilometer waterfront space will fully reveal picturesque riverscape of Guicheng after it is renovated. Times ICar Town will improve the key areas of Foshan's central axis and Qiandenghu Lake's axis and further expand the space at the north portal of Foshan's central axis.
